CPL 2022: Barbados Royals Women registered a massive victory against Guyana Amazon Warriors Women in Women’s Caribbean Premier League 2022. The Royals chased the target and beat the Warriors by four wickets. 

The cricket matches of the women’s teams are held along with the men’s teams on the fields of the Caribbean nations. The match was held at Warner Park in Bassesstre, St Kitts and Nevis. 

Firstly, Barbados Royals won the toss and chose to field. The decision proved productive as they restricted the Warriors to only 100 runs with their amazing bowling and fielding. The bowlers of the Royals blow down the seven wickets of the Warriors in the 20 overs. 

After coming to their turn, the Warriors managed to stop the women of the Royals, which resulted in them chasing the target. Royals scored 103 runs in 20 over with six outs. 

QIANA JOSEPH led the Barbados Royals to victory, with an attacking knock of 30 not out in only 19 balls over the Guyana Amazon Warriors on Saturday, September 3, 2022, as the CPL action continues in St Kitts/ Nevis. Wishes pour on Qiana Joseph on her yet another wonderful performance for the Royals in CPL 2022.

CPL 2022 always creates huge hype among the audience, and people all across the globe are fascinated by the matches. The month-long tournament will be concluded on September 30, 2022, as it was started o August 31, 2022. 

The name of the players who played in the two teams are: 

Barbados Royals Women: Hayley Matthews (captain), Shakera Selman (vice-captain), Fatima Sana, Chloe Tryon, Snigdha Paul, Reneice Boyce, Mandy Rangru, Britney Cooper, Aaliyah Alleyne, Shanika Bruce, Afy Fletcher, Qiana Joseph, Japhina Joseph, Chinelle Henry

Guyana Amazon Warriors Women: Stafanie Taylor (captain), Shermaine Campbell (vice-captain), Chamari Athapaththu, Ayabonga Khaka, Isani Vaghela, Rashada Williams, Rachel Vincent, Kaycia Schultz, Chedean Nation, Cherry-Ann Fraser, Shamilla Connell, Karishma Ramharak, Shabika Gajnabi, Zaida James

Six teams are playing in the CPL 2022, and the names of the teams are from the name of the Caribbean nations, such as Barbados Royals, Guyana Amazon Warriors, St Kitts and Nevis Patriots, Saint Lucia Kings, Trinbago Knight Riders, Jamaica Tallawahs.  

The other matches will be played at the field of Saint Lucia, Antigua and Barbuda. The finals will be played on Guyana field.
