The Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) is advising members of the public that emergency works are currently being engaged in the vicinity of the Preysal flyover.
According to a media release from the Authority, these works are scheduled to be completed by 3pm today, Sunday.
WASA said at this time, there will be a temporary closure of the North Bound Lane of the Uriah Butler Highway in the vicinity of the Preysal flyover, with all northbound traffic being diverted onto the flyover.
Motorists are therefore asked to proceed with caution when approaching the job site and to obey the signs and instructions of traffic control officers on duty.
