An early morning shooting outside the Residence nightclub at One Woodbrook Place, St James on Saturday left one man dead and two others wounded.
The deceased was identified as Nikhal Luthra of Lange Park, Chaguanas.
According to initial reports, around 2:30am several people were liming on the patio of the Residence nightclub when a gunman approached and opened fire on the group.
The gunman then escaped in a white Toyota Axio motor vehicle.
Three people were injured.
Luthra died at hospital, while two others were said to be in critical condition.
Investigations are continuing.
