A 40-year-old man was shot dead in San Juan on Tuesday afternoon.
According to police reports, at 4pm Stefon ‘Turtle’ Garrick was liming with a group of friends near Pamberi Panyard off the Santa Cruz Old Road in San Juan when a gunman entered the area and opened fire.
Garrick and two other persons were shot in the incident.
The suspect then fled the scene on foot.
The police and paramedics were notified, however, Garrick succumbed to his wounds.
The other two men were taken to the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex for treatment.
Their conditions were listed as serious up to Wednesday morning.
