Trinidad and Tobago officials Kwinsi Williams and Neil Brizan have been appointed to officiate at the 2023 Concacaf Men’s U17 Championships.
Both men received their appointments from the TTFA recently.
Williams, who is a new face in the FIFA panel, made his refereeing debut at 14 and has gone on to officiate at the local level, and at the international level.
Brizan is a highly experienced local referee who now works as a referee’s assessor with Concacaf.
The 2023 Concacaf U17 Championship is set for 11-26 February in Guatemala.
Recently, Trinidad and Tobago’s FIFA Match Officials received their FIFA badges at the TTFA Referees Department Ceremony in Couva.
Williams, Cecile Hinds (FIFA Ref), Caleb Wales (FIFA Assistant Ref), Ainsley Rochard (FIFA Assistant Ref), Carissa Jacob (FIFA Assistant Ref), and Crystal Sobers ( FIFA Ref ) received their badges at the ceremony.
The TTFA was represented by General Secretary Amiel Mohammed, Michael Ragoonath (TTFA Head of Refereeing Department) , and Camara David (CFU General Secretary).
