The north Leeward Islands will begin to feel the effects of Tropical Storm Fiona in the next few hours.
The US National Hurricane Centre (NHC) said the storm is about 75 miles (120 km) east of Guadeloupe.
On the forecast track, the centre of TS Fiona is expected to move across the Leeward Islands tonight and be near or just south of the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico on Saturday and Sunday. The Dominican Republic will feel the effect of TS Fiona from Sunday evening.

TS Fiona has maintained wind speeds that are near 50 mph (85 km/h) and its tropical-storm-force winds extend outward up to 140 miles (220 km) from the centre.
A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for:
Antigua and Barbuda, St Kitts and Nevis, Montserrat, Anguilla, Saba, St Eustatius, St Maarten, Guadeloupe, St Barthelemy, Puerto Rico, the British and US Virgin Islands
A Tropical Storm Watch is in effect for:
Dominica and parts of the Dominican Republic.
