PORT of SPAIN, Dec 6 (Reuters) – Atlantic LNG, which operates the largest liquefied natural gas export facility in the Caribbean, on Tuesday agreed to restructure its ownership with the state gas company gaining shares and a Chinese investment firm leaving behind stakes in some of the plant’s three operating units.
