If you didn’t feel the Carnival spirit before, TRIBE’s Sunset Theatre proved that it is, indeed, alive and well.
A spectacular street theatre akin to Carnival Tuesday’s parades came alive between Ana and Carlos Streets on Ariapita Avenue last Friday.
The inaugural event for TRIBE’s SUNSET WKN band launch, Sunset Theatre saw rich displays of Trinidad and Tobago’s diverse culture dancing along T&T’s premier liming spot.
Kambule, Dragon dancing, traditional characters and many other facets of T&T’s history captured the attention of hundreds of those gathered.
The celebration began with Soca King, Machel Montano receiving the key to Port of Spain and ended with him affirming his love for the City, the culture and the people of Trinidad and Tobago.
