A mother and son duo are expected to be charged later today (Saturday) in connection with a robbery which occurred at bar in Montrose, Chaguanas last week Sunday.
According to a police report, on Friday morning Central Division Criminal Investigations Department (CID), Operations Unit and Chaguanas CID conducted enquiries and executed a search warrant on a South Edinburgh 500, Chaguanas house of one of the suspects.
During the search, police officers allegedly discovered one black and orange revolver which was seized.
The woman, 58, and the man, 25, were arrested and taken to the police station for processing.
