The US National Hurricane Centre (NHC) has downgraded tropical storm Lisa to a tropical depression.
The system, which is the 12th named cyclone of the 2022 Hurricane Season, is currently located over south-eastern Mexico, near Ciudad Del Carmen.
Lisa has maximum sustained winds that are around 35 mph (55 km/h).
NHC expects Lisa to weaken further as it moves over Mexico.
It will then re-intensify when the eye moves into Bay of Campeche on Friday.
