Let’s tell you about Sharon Roper
Sharon is a Former C-Suite Executive in Jamaican Telecomes, Entrepreneur and Angel Investor. This British Jamaican woman came back to Jamaica about 18 years ago.
Founder and Managing Director of SIAN Associates. She has 25+ years of experience building sustainable brands. Combined with expert project management and business development skills, She is a data-driven, technology-focused, brand-expert that has successfully delivered major assignments spanning, Europe, the Americas, Africa and the Caribbean.
Passionate about producing compelling, impactful stories that motivate people to ACT, she invests in ‘people-driven projects’ and working with clients and start-ups who understand we are here to make a difference.
Honed her leadership skills whilst at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Accenture Plc, Digicel Group and Columbus Communications (Flow). More recently, at SIAN Associates (“SIAN”) they have helped entities, such as; RUBiS Energy Jamaica, Hawkeye, CAC 2000, Urban Development Corporation, and OPM, to rebrand, reposition, launch new products, increase market share and build sustainable businesses.
Currently, Board Director of RJRGleaner Communications Group and several start-ups in the technology, services and manufacturing sectors.
