Trinidad and Tobago cyclist Teneil Campbell won gold in the time trial at the 2022 Elite Caribbean Road Championships on Saturday in the Dominican Republic.
She won the race in 27 minutes 23.92 seconds (23:23.92), winning ahead of Caitlyn Conyers of Bermuda (27:54.45), and Claudia Boro Arango of Cuba (29:48.37).
Campbell, 25, won silver in the event in August 2021.
She won the road race and the time trial at the 2022 National Road Championships.
The Hardbargain-born cyclist rides professionally for the UCI women’s team, Team BikeExchange-Jayco.
