The popular phrase ‘Don’t do this at home’ definitely applies to spelunking, that is, exploring caves for sport, without the help of a professional.
That said, two skilled adventurers were able to visit the ‘Devil’s Hole’, a cave located on private land in Lopinot.
According to a Facebook post by the Lopinot Chocolate Company, Tian Watson and Saf Ali were able to delve into the cave and discover its secrets.
What they found, surprisingly, showed that they were not the first to visit the Devil’s Hole.
The explorers found what appeared to be very old bottles of indeterminate age.
The company also advised that this feature is not open to the public.
It is also strongly advised not to venture into unknown caves without an expert.
